Stadslandgoed de Kemphaan
The main building of Stadslandgoed de Kemphaan is a modern variation on a half-open water castle, which is highly accessible through broad (cultural) programming and has an inviting appearance. Wood, steel and glass merge masterfully in this building. The building's location on a created pond and its relationship with the spatial environment make it a typical Almere building and phenomenon: a modern city estate.

Stad & Natuur Almere
Placed on Stadslandgoed de Kemphaan, the flat building volumes of Stad & Natuur' s building give young people a direct view of nature where they can learn while playing. You can enter the building via a wide staircase. Inside the building you will find two large classrooms that can be recognised as two spacious boxes framed by a white frame. Doors are placed between the large windows. The office space, storage, workshop and facilities are finished in Corten steel, so that they naturally blend into their natural surroundings.

Nobelhorst community centre
The new Nobelhorst housing estate is all about participation and creating a real village feel. Each neighbourhood was given a neighbourhood plot to design for itself. Designed by SVP, the Buurtschuur is the central place in the neighbourhood where neighbours can meet and work together to design their own living environment. The Neighbourhood Barn can be used flexibly and has a veranda and a large garden.
