Almere is centrally located in the Netherlands, with the widening of the A6 motorway, the presence of six train stations and regional transport, making the city easy to reach from any direction. Travelling within Almere is also ideal. For instance, there are separate bus lanes and separate cycle paths to make traffic as effective as possible. By any means of transport, you can move between the city's various districts.

The widening of the A6 will be completed in 2019. As a result, there are almost no traffic jams.
Train
There are a total of 6 train stations in Almere. Within 20 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station and within 30 minutes at Schiphol Airport. There are direct connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Groningen and The Hague, among others. The Intercity trains stop at Almere Centrum and Almere Buiten. With the Sprinter you can reach any station in Almere.
