Walk Oosterwold II
The start is at the Lidl car park. This is the most sustainable supermarket in the Netherlands, which fits well in Almere's newest and boldest neighbourhood. A neighbourhood where you decide what kind of house to build and where urban agriculture is central. This is the shorter of the two walks in the area but already gives a good idea of how special this neighbourhood actually is. And it offers enough starting points to visit other surprising places in Oosterwold as well. Walk on, for instance, to the 'Swedish eco-village' Bolderburen (Zuiderzeestraat).
