de Frietboerderij does not sell your everyday fries, but fresh hand-cut farm fries from Flevoland itself! The snacks are also artisanal and definitely really worth trying. In 2017, Mike van der Wijk and Thijs Hazekamp came up with the idea of building their own Chips farm in Almere-Oosterwold. A wood-frame chip restaurant with spacious terrace, a vegetable garden and space for children to play. In August 2021, the time had finally come and they were able to open the doors. De Frietboerderij has been a great success since the beginning.
