Bakery of pure and natural sourdough bread in Almere Buiten.

BroodLetter is a neighbourhood bakery where disembossed bread is baked in stone-floored ovens. And they do so in the traditional way, using French or local organic flour and/or flours, water and sea salt as ingredients.

Gluten enhancers, extra gluten, preservatives and other unnatural additives have no place at BroodLetter. The breads are given a long rise time, which ensures the delicious flavour and specific structure. This also makes the bread more digestible. The only tasty additions are seeds and kernels, nuts, fruit, olives and sun-dried tomatoes. By working with pure ingredients, most of the bread is vegan.
