Johnny de Mol
Johnny de Mol is back on stage. He has dug deep. Then you create a lot. In his second show, he embraces the security of bourgeois existence. He talks about the women in his life, about fatherhood, but also turns the magnifying glass on themes of our time. For where exactly is that invisible tipping point between the acclaimed pushing of boundaries and the despised crossing of boundaries? Why do we rush to someone's aid when they have a broken leg, but frantically run away when they hear voices in their head?
That will be a nice evening in Johnny's style, full of humour and music by, among others, Alain Clark and Glenn Faria. With a smile, a tear, his band and his indomitable urge to make the world a bit better, he will let everyone know: 'Good that you exist!
