Stadsbomerij Oosterwold
In spring 2018, StadsBomerij planted the first fruit trees and berry bushes. StadsBomerij grows in a way that has as little negative impact on nature as possible. To give pests less chance, I plant everything mixed together: apples, pears, plums, cherries, quinces, medlars, almonds, honeyberries and currants. This is unique in the Netherlands. After three years, they are sold to people from Almere and the surrounding area who want a quality product. With these trees and bushes, people have a good basis for their own fruit garden. Lovely, isn't it, when you can eat your own fruit fresh from the tree!
