Handy, such a featherweight house that you can dismantle in parts and rebuild somewhere else. Even the foundation and pipework can be dismantled. The house has plenty of glass at the front and rear and large French windows opening onto a terrace and garden. Plumbing, cupboards and kitchen elements are placed against the outer walls. The large open space can be used very flexibly. Thus, De Realiteit is decades ahead of the current penchant for small houses.
