Almere Buiten Centrum
Almere Buiten has a shopping centre with a wide choice of shops. Every first Sunday of the month, the shops in the centre of Almere Buiten are open. Come to the market at Globeplein and Rio de Janeiroplein on Thursdays from 9am to 2pm.
You'll find shops with big brands, but also speciality shops. Everything is there. The same goes for the restaurants. For lunch and dinner, you have plenty of choice here. There are also regular activities and events for young and old.
From Almere Buiten, you can get anywhere. Walk towards the home furnishing shops of Doemere, follow the cycle route right through Oostvaardersplassen and discover architecture. Like the colourful Regenboogbuurt at walking distance from Almere Buiten station.
