City on Water Mirror
Spot the artwork next to the main entrance of the revamped Almere Centrum station! In a partially covered passage connecting the bus station to the Stationsplein hangs artist Iwan Smit's colourful work: 'Stad op Waterspiegel'.
This artwork is a beautiful tribute to Almere, the city literally built on the seabed. The work originated from a collaboration between the Kroonenberg Group and Mothership, as part of the Zeegroene Loper, a project to make Almere's city centre greener and more attractive.
This artwork is part of the Street Art walking route through Almere Centrum.
