Romero
The bust of Archbishop Romero was unveiled 37 years after his death in the
Staatsliedenwijk. The artwork was given as a thank you to the hospitable city of Almere by Salvadoran refugees. The sculpture is a symbol of world peace and universal human rights. The artist of this artwork is Pailina Martin de Kreij.
