Atelier Feddan
Atelier Feddan is an informal and intimate Chef's Table restaurant that can accommodate just 12 guests. Located in the heart of Oosterwold, the restaurant's business philosophy is in service of the surrounding agriculture, food forests and our own "chef's garden".
The seven-course menu connects flavours from North Africa, West Asia and Southern Europe and combines them with local produce. Because the menu is a reflection of what is available locally, it changes with the natural micro seasons. The main role is played by all vegetables, fruits and grains from the region. Meat and fish play a supporting role, but are not excluded.
Atelier Feddan offers a dining experience with the chef without intermediaries, where Jalil tells the story of our gardeners and farmers, but also takes the time to take his guests into the creative process behind the dishes.
