At this organic farm, cows run outside from April to November, where they enjoy a tasty grass-clover pasture. This meadow used to be the bottom of the South Sea. A fellow organic dairy farmer, who has a lot of experience in making organic cheese, turns the milk into a delicious cheese. A regional product they are proud of.
