In 25 years, the 'ordinary' cheese shop grew into a cheese speciality shop of stature. First in shopping centre 'Het Circus' in Almere Stad and now in Almere Haven for some 10 years anyway. "Our customers are loyal and we are very proud that we are still there. And yes, that is worth a celebration to me," says Ardaan de Groot of De Kaasmakerij. "Together with our customers, of course." De Kaasmakerij also sells Polderkoeienkaas, organic cheese from Flevoland cows.
