Independent living units are located on three sides of the complex, accessible from the surrounding streets. They have on their back sides a series of single and double rooms with sanitary facilities. Between these and the spacious courtyard garden is an internal street, allowing everyone sheltered access to the main building, which is on the fourth side. The façade is partly finished with light yellow-painted wooden strips. At the level of the entrance door, the wall curves elegantly inwards. In front of it is a row of slender steel columns in grey with slightly thickened, rounded bases. They support stepped notched wooden supports, under an overhanging roof. Opposite the main entrance are the doors to the courtyard garden. Steel columns also front the facades on the garden side. Their green hue is repeated in the doors of the four pavilions scattered in the garden. They house a restaurant and host a variety of activities. Two pavilions are round and spread their ceiling beams like the ribs of an umbrella. In the centre, there are four columns under a glass lantern. Between the beams leading to this central point is a wreath of slits of yellow glass, which shines a warm light into the spaces.
