A mountain bike vignette
Would you like to discover (one of) the four mountain bike trails yourself? Then before you start, make sure you buy a vignette. A vignette costs only €6.50 and with it you help the manager to maintain the trails. You will also benefit from this, because collapsed bridges and worn-out bends are of little use to you. This vignette is for sale at one of nine locations in Almere. For the full list of locations, check the MTB & more website.
Bad weather? Go indoor mountain biking
Is it pouring with rain or is it just a bit too cold for outdoor mountain biking? No worries, in Almere they are prepared for anything. Go indoor mountain biking. A four-kilometre route is laid out in a glass greenhouse. You will rarely find them that long in Europe! There are routes for all levels. Are you new to mountain biking? Then follow the blue route. On the red route you will race faster over the tracks and the black route is for the adrenaline junkies. Under the motto work hard, chill hard, you can have a beer in the bar afterwards.
