Choreographer Cheroney Pelupessy uses urban dance and influences from traditional dance and music to create a haunting family portrait. Tensions between protecting, controlling, holding and repelling permeate the performers' movements. A poignant piece about trauma lingering between the walls of a house, but also about what is possible when a new generation decides to let go and make room for what is yet to come.
