Sinterklaasintocht Almere Haven

On Saturday 14 November, Sinterklaas will make a festive arrival by boat in the Havenkom at Almere Haven, accompanied by de Almeerse botter AM1. In the Havenkom , everything is ready for a warm welcome with an entertaining stage programme, full of Sinterklaas songs and a presenter who will guide the children through the story of the arrival. Pupils from local dance schools will provide extra entertainment, both before and during Sinterklaas’s arrival. After the official welcome at the boat, which the mayor will also attend, Sinterklaas will make his way along the quay and the harbour head, so that everyone can get a good look at him. An atmospheric and familiar arrival at a unique waterside location – a festive moment for the whole family.
