Exhibition: Between Two Bridges
Born in Cameroon, raised in Almere; where do these worlds converge? With this question in mind, founder Audrey Rodrigue set out to explore the subject, and thus Galerie SOIF’s first exhibition, ‘Between Two Bridges’, came into being. Through images and storytelling, Galerie SOIF explores the connection between the present and the past, using traditional African dress as its guiding thread.
The exhibition showcases people who build bridges between the inner and outer worlds. The analogue images depict them in their traditional dress, and their stories tell of strength and growth, whilst offering space for reflection and conversation.
