Grasmeent 45 years
In 2026, De Grasmeent will celebrate its 45th anniversary. This anniversary coincides with 50 years of Almere, which makes it extra special. After all, the first residents of De Grasmeent are among the city's early pioneers.
To mark this milestone, there are plans for a festive neighbourhood party including:
- A large marquee as a central meeting place
- Activities for young and old
- A joint barbecue
- Music, games and encounters
This celebration not only reflects on the rich history of the neighbourhood, but also on the people who make De Grasmeent what it is today - and on the future of Almere.
