Who’s the Crazy One? – Opening weekend
A musical and visual performance about the child’s brain.
What if you feel like you’re different? That you don’t quite fit into this world? What if they give you a label? And say you’re neurodiverse? That you’re neurotypical? That you have ADHD? That you have a disorder? That you’re mad? That you’re daft, silly, weird, twisted, or a bit off? But when are you actually mad? When you’re not normal? And what is ‘normal’ anyway? What’s normal here is considered mad somewhere else in the world. And what used to be mad has suddenly become normal.
A musical and visual youth theatre production by BonteHond about the child’s brain and the impact of (hasty) diagnoses. Because, let’s be honest, if you give it just a little more thought, you do end up wondering: who’s the mad one here?
