The crossbow is the rifle of the Middle Ages. Get to know this powerful form of shooting in an open registration at Outdoorpark SEC Almere.
Crossbow shooting is a lot tougher than handbow shooting. An experienced instructor explains how to cock the bow, how the safety catch and straightener work, and the right stance for best results.
You will learn the basics of shooting - aiming, safety and dominant eye. Of course, there will be games such as butter, cheese and eggs and distance shooting; to conclude, there will be an exciting competition.
