Complete transparency is at the heart of Viscircus Gebr. Koning. Using traditional methods, all smoked fish such as salmon, eel, mackerel, trout and bacon mackerel are still cut in house. Herrings are also cleaned fresh from the knife every day and the fish is fried in front of you. Without a doubt, the duo feels like a fish in the water in Almere, and fans hope they will stay for years to come.
