Floating Forest
The Floating Forest has moved from the former Floriade site to a new location in het Weerwater, on Meeresteinkade behind Flevo Hospital and is now also part of The Sea-Green Runner. The Floating Forest will remain in this new location for at least five years. The Floating Forest tells the story of the value of trees for the climate, biodiversity, liveability and health in the city through greening, sustainability and the need for climate adaptation.
Both art projects were created in collaboration with art organisation Mothership.
