Room rental the new library

The new library in Almere is a modern location where it is possible to hold meetings, organise an event, give a presentation or anything else that requires a nice room. The location is ideal due to the short walking distance from Almere Centrum station and there are several parking garages nearby. They have an attractive theatre hall that is excellent for receiving guests for a presentation/seminar and a fully equipped study room where various, digital, training courses can be given. Both the hall and the classroom can be hired on a half-day basis.

The new hall
The new hall can accommodate 112 people. It is located in the heart of the library and has a glass wall on one side, which can be darkened by curtains. At the back of the room is a control room from which digital presentations can be made. The room is equipped with a modern sound and lighting system and a professional movie screen. The auditorium also has its own dressing room with sanitary facilities. The rows of seats are tiered so that everyone always has a good view of the stage.

The new room
Looking for a space for a workshop for a small group? Or a space for coaching talks, for example? Then the new room is very suitable! There is room for up to eight people and the room is located on the second floor, near the news café.

The new room
The new room can accommodate 40 - 60 people and is located on the fourth floor. For organising workshops and courses, the new room is the right location. The room has mobile tables and is equipped as standard with the following facilities: smartboard (PC, beamer and screen), flipchart and internet connection. These facilities are included in the room rental.

Looking for a space for a workshop for a small group? Or a space where you can hold coaching talks, for example? Then the new room is very suitable! There is space for up to eight people and the room is located on the second floor, near the news café.

News café
The news café is situated on the second floor of the library and overlooks the Town Hall Square. When receiving or following a meeting in the new room or classroom, you can use the facilities of the news café, which is adjacent to the new room.

Catering
The new library can take care of various catering options during your meeting and afterwards.
