Golvend Land
The elongated residential complex Golvend Land consists of a fabric of five vertical volumes in dark-coloured brick, each with a deeper horizontal and lightly tinted building section leaning against it. There, glass is favoured and residents enjoy their spacious roof terraces. A residential tower stands next to it on the green pier. The flats have panoramic views from their front and rear terraces. Between two protruding sections is the stairwell with lift shaft. This connects two flats each. The side facades are clad in dark brick. Each flat has three horizontal windows on that side. It has become a substantial tower, which looks slender thanks to the clever use of materials. The low square restaurant Bakboord has wide terraces on the water on two sides.
