Around each court, 40 houses are located in 2 strips of 2 layers; a total of 56 two-bedroom houses and 24 three-bedroom houses. The units consist of fully prefabricated modules. The facades are clad with aluminium profiled sheets. The windows on the court side have a generous size, while on the outside of the complex they are kept small. A coloured strip is placed next to each front door so that everyone can easily recognise their house.
An open awning consisting of wooden slats was mounted on the eaves, a modest personal touch from the design firm that specialised in timber construction, among other things.
