Kim Karssen – God is a Snotje
Kim is at a loss. She doesn’t know what to believe. Or whom. Or in what. She doesn’t even know if she’s wearing her shoes. And if she isn’t, does that automatically mean her life is in disarray?
God is a Snot is an explosive mix of cabaret, performance and physical outbursts. Packed with shameless jokes, characters who refuse to be tamed, clownish chaos, talking body parts, failed illusions and tricks that leave you wondering: did that go wrong, or is it brilliant?

Kim is playing a dangerous game with reality. What’s real? What’s fake? Should we step in? Or should we just have a laugh? Together with the audience, she’s looking for something to hold on to. Or at least for a fun evening. Because that’s what she’s really hoping for. That it’ll be a good time. That we’ll stumble and get back up together. That perhaps we can admit for a moment that we don’t know exactly either.
For all art lovers, art haters and everyone in between. For the doubters, the thinkers and those who’ve accidentally stepped on history’s banana skin. Come and have a laugh. Come and stumble. Come and take a peek inside Kim’s head. It’s a bit of a madhouse in there, but you’re very welcome. And who knows, afterwards you might believe in something again. Or perhaps not. That’s fine too.
