permission to Almere City Marketing to publish and/or reproduce photos/videos with my likeness, taken in Almere, without my prior and/or additional permission and/or additional compensation in all media, including (but not limited to) both online media (a.o. internet, TV) and offline media (a.o. magazines and newspapers), both editorial (articles) and commercial (advertisements). I also agree to the placement of my image in Almere City Marketing's media database and distribution to third parties. Photos/videos will be used, also by third parties, for the promotion of Almere. This agreement is for the duration of five years from the date of signing.
In case, by virtue of my participation in the recordings, I could claim any intellectual property rights, for example copyright or neighbouring rights, I hereby transfer these rights in full to Almere City Marketing. I hereby waive any personality rights under the Copyright Act 1912 and Neighbouring Rights Act. I request no compensation for my cooperation and my consent and/or transfer of rights.
Almere City Marketing declares that the photos/videos will not be used in any way that could harm the model, with the exception of theft.
I declare that I am 18 years or older and do not need anyone's permission for this declaration to be legally valid. In case of minority, my legal representative will sign this declaration.
