The venue offers flexible workspaces, fixed desks in shared offices, day offices and fully furnished private offices. The office spaces range in size from approximately 18 m² to over 290 m² and are therefore suitable for sole traders, small teams and larger organisations. Users benefit from amenities such as fast and secure internet, adjustable desks, comfortable ergonomic office chairs, meeting rooms and shared facilities. There is also a staffed reception where tenants and guests can go with any immediate queries or requests. Nexpace Almere also offers business registration and postal address services, enabling entrepreneurs and organisations to have a professional business and correspondence address.
Nexpace Almere also offers professional meeting rooms for appointments, presentations, training sessions and team meetings. These rooms can be booked flexibly via the online booking system for €25 per hour, excluding VAT. Use of the coffee and tea facilities is included with bookings for workspaces and meeting rooms.
