The nicest cafeteria in Almere (Buiten) with the best fries M E T the most delicious toppings. They fry the very best fries, fried from freshly cut Flevoland potatoes that they source directly from potato farmers in the area.
We fry our fries twice in the very best oil we can find. The first time we fry them very slowly at a low temperature. We give them a few hours' rest to recover, and as soon as you order we fry them one more time at a nice high temperature crackling.
