You start your city walk right in the centre at Tourist Information Almere. From here, stroll through the city's cosy streets. Be surprised by contemporary architecture by Almere resident René van Zuuk and other well-known Dutch architects such as Rem Koolhaas and Herman Hertzberger. Architectural firms from Tokyo, London, Bordeaux, Paris and Zurich also left their signatures in Almere. In short, there is plenty to see here.
