Belfort

You will find many cozy cafes and restaurants on the Belfort. This is where you go for the best coffee or for a real Italian dinner.

From the stairs you can easily see the difference between the city center and the rest of Almere. The city center is a lot higher than the rest. There is also a work of art here, inspired by the Mayan calendar. It is a column with a city clock and four colorful benches. This is a rest point in the busy city and is intended to allow you to reflect on yourself and your dreams.

The sun on your skin, people watching and enjoying a good glass of wine or a delicious piece of cake together.
