Wild edible plants walk

Get outside and discover the rich and surprising nature of Nationaal Park Nieuw Land. During this walk, you will learn to recognise edible wild plants and taste their culinary potential. From coconut-like bramble buds to narrow plantain asparagus-like flower buds - nature is full of unexpected aromas. You will hear how these plants are not only bursting with phytonutrients, but also why chefs are increasingly embracing them: local, sustainable, seasonal and full of character. An inspiring outing for anyone who wants to connect nature, taste and stories.
