Vis à Vis Open Day
On Saturday 5 September, Vis à Vis will be opening its grounds from 12 noon to 4 pm for a free Open Day. It’s a great opportunity to have a look around the grounds, go behind the scenes and discover places you wouldn’t normally get to see.
Throughout the afternoon, there will be guided tours, workshops and activities for children and adults. Take part in a braiding, Asawa dance or drumming workshop, watch a musical showcase by the Almere GDFL Brass Band and discover Playground: an interactive musical playground where you can make music together through play.
There’s plenty more to do as well, including a Vis à Vis photo booth and a game where you can win merchandise and tickets for the 2027 Theatre Spectacular. You can also take a leisurely stroll around the public area, and the bar will be open for drinks and snacks.

Admission to the Open Day is free. However, you do need to register in advance via visavis.nl/open-dag. You do not need to register separately for the workshops and guided tours.
