Stargazing night 2026

During the national Sterrenkijkdagen, Stad & Natuur and Sterrenwacht Almere will organise a special stargazing evening at the Kemphaan on Friday 27 February from 19.00 to 22.00. This is your chance - in clear weather - to admire the night sky through various telescopes. Besides observing, the Observatory will give star talk. There will also be a shadow theatre and a creative workshop.

Practical Information The Sterrenkijkavond on the Kemphaan takes place in and around the Stad & Natuur building on Kemphaanstraat 1 in Almere.

Further information about the programme and the possibility to make reservations will follow. Keep an eye on the Stad & Natuur website for reservations for the Star Talk, the workshop and the theatre. Stargazing through the telescope is free and no reservations are needed for this.
