The Tasters

Autumn 1943. When Rosa trades the war-torn Berlin for the countryside where her in-laws live, she discovers that the war is still close at hand. In fact, the village where she stays turns out to be the site of Hitler's headquarters, the Wolfsschanze.

Together with a group of other young women, she is forced to perform a life-threatening task: they have to taste all the Führer's meals every day, to make sure they are not poisoned. Based on a true story.
