About The Shining:
Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece The Shining is 45 years old and because to celebrate, the film is temporarily returning to Dutch cinemas.

Writer and former alcoholic Jack Torrance (Nicholson) takes a job managing a hotel high in the Rocky Mountains during the winter. Together with his wife and their psychic son, he lives secluded from the world until spring.

But when the only road to the village becomes snowed under, Jack is slowly in danger of losing his mind due to evil forces from the past that have taken possession of the hotel. Will his family still be able to escape in this chilling tale full of madness, memories and violence?
