On 1 July, during Keti Koti, we cordially invite you to a special workshop: Basic Techniques of Braiding. This is more than just a creative afternoon. It is a journey through culture, heritage and self-expression.

Under the guidance of a professional braider, you will dive into the art of braiding. You will learn the technique, but also the stories behind it: how braids have symbolised identity, resistance and solidarity throughout the centuries. The connection with Keti Koti and our slavery past makes this workshop extra meaningful.
