The Oostvaarders Wine Festival – Wine in the Wild
The Oostvaarders Wine Festival – Wine in the Wild will hold its first edition on Saturday 12 September 2026 in the Oostvaardersplassen , Almere. During this atmospheric wine festival, wine, nature and enjoyment come together in a unique location. Taste a carefully selected range of wines from various countries, presented by Proef Lokaal, De Wijnkelder Almere, Wexxs Wijnen and Numero-V. Combine the wine tasting with delicious cheese platters, charcuterie, fresh soup and bruschetta, whilst taking in the impressive natural scenery of the Oostvaardersplassen. With a bit of luck, you might spot a white-tailed eagle, a kingfisher or even red deer along the way. Round off the day with a walk through the nature reserve or visit the Natuurbelevingcentrum de Oostvaarders, which features an inspiring exhibition, a shop, a restaurant and a viewing point. The Oostvaarders Wine Festival is an initiative of Paviljoen de Oostvaarders. A late-summer’s day filled with wine, nature and relaxed enjoyment – you won’t want to miss it.

- Adults €9.75 Admission tickets cost €9.75 per person and can be purchased online in advance. Admission includes a luxury wine glass, which we’ll also fill for you with festive bubbly on arrival. Tickets will be on sale on our website from August.
