Photography: winter spheres

In 2025, Stad & Natuur is organising a series of four photography workshops in collaboration with photographer Erwin Budding. This last workshop takes place on Sunday 7 December from 13-15.30 and the theme is: Winter atmospheres. We will take photos with our own mobile phones, so everyone can participate.

What will you do Experience the magic of winter through your lens! Whether it's a shimmering snowy landscape, misty mornings, or rainy days, every winter day has its own charm. In this workshop, you will learn how to capture the unique atmosphere of the season with your smartphone. Discover useful tips to make the most of winter light conditions and learn how to take beautiful photos, whatever the weather. Join us and bring winter to life in your images! We start all workshops with a cosy get-together in Stad & Natuur's workshop space on Kemphaanstraat 1. We go through the possibilities of your phone's camera. Then we will go outside in nature to work on mobile photography. Once back inside, we will briefly go into editing the photos. You can go a long way with this on your mobile phone, but you can also download a (free) app for this. The workshop will be held at Stad & Natuur, Kemphaanstraat 1 in Almere.

At home, you can put all the information into practice to master everything.

For whom

The workshops are for children from 8 years old, they must have access to a mobile phone during this workshop. The workshop is also for youngsters, adults and the elderly. There is something new for everyone to learn and especially suitable for the novice mobile phone photographer. Please note: reserve a ticket for each participant!
