Vis à Vis presents Carrousel

Carousel is an impressive theatre spectacle about the resilience of a fairground family. The performance by Vis à Vis tells the story of Frida, who returns to her father and his old carousel.

As the carousel slowly but surely comes to a halt, each generation turns out to deal differently with holding on to or letting go of the family legacy.

In surprising and moving ways, Carousel shows how history and memory always remain in motion. With iconic Vis à Vis elements, such as humour, surprise, live music and a touch of slapstick, this family story grows into a grand open-air spectacle.

Carrousel can be seen at Almeerderstrand from 21 May to 20 September. Tickets are available at www.visavis.nl.
