Flevoland East Indies commemoration
Join us on 15 August for a dignified commemoration of the formal end of World War II for the Kingdom of the Netherlands and of all the victims who died during the war in the former Dutch East Indies. It also focuses on raising awareness and publicising the commemoration of this historic day. Dutch East Indies fought against Japan, the resistance committed and the persecution endured during the occupation by Japan and its impact on the people living there at the time.
