Exhibition 50 paintings

Schildervereniging VKA, Almere's oldest painting association, has existed since 14 October 1989 and has an average of around 30 members.

Especially for Feest Almere 50 Jaar, the association is organising a special exhibition with 50 framed paintings, all inspired by Almere. Each work tells its own story: about the artist's inspiration and the place in the city that has been captured. From special architecture and artworks to nature and hidden spots - Almere has been a rich source of inspiration for years. With this exhibition, painting association VKA wants to show how versatile and beautiful the city is and proudly make a creative contribution.
